1. Security principles

  • Grant only the access needed for each role.
  • Apply appropriate protection to sensitive data in transit and at rest.
  • Include security review and change management in delivery and operations.

2. Operational security

We review access and key events, evaluate known vulnerabilities and dependency risks, and respond according to priority. Employees and partners must follow security obligations appropriate to their roles.

3. Incident response

When a security incident is suspected, we assess its impact, contain it, restore service, and take steps to prevent recurrence. Required notifications are made in accordance with law and contract.

4. Vulnerability reporting

If you discover a potential vulnerability, avoid further access to data or services and report the reproduction steps and impact to hello@lumisware.com.
