These terms apply to the Lumisware website, consultations, demos, and related online services. A separate written agreement takes precedence where applicable.

2. Use of services

Provide accurate information and comply with applicable law and these terms.
Do not interfere with service stability or another user’s access.
Keep account credentials secure when an account is provided.

3. Changes and interruptions

Services may change or be temporarily unavailable because of improvements, maintenance, incidents, or events outside reasonable control. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel.

4. Responsibility and disputes

Each party is responsible for loss caused by its own fault to the extent provided by applicable law and any separate agreement. The parties will first seek a good-faith resolution of disputes.
